Hi EE Support,
I would like to completely disable voicemail on my number
I have tried the standard codes (#004#, ##62#, ##61#) and the My EE app, but voicemail is still active.
Please escalate this to the technical team and deactivate voicemail fully on the network.
I do not want calls to be forwarded to voicemail under any circumstances.

Not sure what you mean by "voicemail is still active", I presume incoming calls are still being caught by the auto-divert.
If so, then this is primarily a user community forum rather than a formal support channel. Access to your individual account is needed to remove your auto-divert, CS on 150 have that access. No-one on here does.
