WiFi calling not working

I need to use WiFi calling but it's not appearing at all

I have followed all advice (resetting, rebooting, airplane mode on and other unexpected advice)

I absolutely need WiFi calling as I have never had reception where I live.

This is an unacceptable situation.

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

What device are you using? Is you WiFi network showing in your device settings to connect to the Wifi?
