We’ve recently swapped from BT to Ee for Broadband. BT and Ee are the same (I believe) for mobile wi-fi hotspots.
However, despite registering I am unable to use any Ee hotspots.
My phone connects, brings up the log-in page, I enter my log-in details but then get sent straight back to the login page.
I am using an iPhone 13.
When trying on my iPad, it just doesn’t connect at all.
I’ve asked staff in 2 Ee shops, but they have been unable to help.
