Hi Leanne,

Me and my wife have both recently changed to EE from O2 and now we are both having issues with Wifi calling not working , we both work from home and we have ti use WIFI calling do to the very poor signal in our area from all the providers. We have tried power resetting our phones, power resetting our broadband router and i have just tried forgetting our wifi network , but nothing seems to work.

Are your phones able to use WiFi-calling on any other routers, or is only this one affected?

Are other phones able to use WiFi-calling from your router?

You mention "very poor signal", but what happens when you try making a call? If the received signal meets certain criteria, the mobile network will be used. If you place a call away from your home via the mobile network, and then drift into WiFi coverage (connecting to WiFi during the call), can you hand into VoWiFi?

Hi @BazR

What devices do you have?

Has it ever worked on EE.

Thanks
