Wi-Fi doesn’t connect to EE auto Wi-Fi on tube

Hi everyone. 
I have recently upgraded my phone from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 14pro however when I’m using the tube and want to connect to EE WI-FI AUTO it hardly connects and when it does it takes so long it’s not even worth it. 

anyone else having the same issue or can offer any help with this.

I got the tube from Kings Cross this morning and it never connected automatically. I clicked on the WiFi and it connected automatically (on Android).

Same at the Bank on the way back.

Hey, I’m having the same issues, ‘ EE Wi-Fi Auto’ connect if I force connect it in settings each time. Auto join is marked but it doesn’t auto join to the Wi-Fi. 

Did you manage to sort this out? 

No, still have the same issue

I called EE customer services team last week and they removed the TfL Wi-Fi from my account and added it again. Obvs hasn’t worked. I will call them again

It’s the same for me. I’ve called them several times. Yesterday they said it underground Wi-Fi wasn’t on my account so they added it but it’s still not working. Very frustrating

work we would recommend a hard reset of the phone”

Did both and still not working!
