Is your daughter using a UK number roaming on a Spanish network? Or is she using a Spanish-registered mobile?
What happens when you try calling your daughter?
If she is using a Spanish-registered mobile, you will need to have the "call abroad & premium rate" facility enabled in your myEE online account.
If she is using a UK mobile roaming, can your daughter's phone connect to a local network in Spain?
