Hi there,

I have some voicemails I need to save permanently. I moved to EE a few months ago and all voicemails from the time I joined EE are in a section in my voicemail called network provider voicemail and only able to be saved for 7 days whereas the voicemails I didn’t delete from the time of my previous provider are saved by the name or number individually, permanently as well as having sharing options available. Surely there’s a way to save EE voicemails beyond the 7 days?

Hi @SF89 

You'll need to record them on another device then you can save them forever outside of your voicemail account.

If not then 7 days is the maximum.
