Hi all,

I can't access my voicemail and the help numbers provided are somehow blocked. How do I get this fixed? I am currently abroad and didn't set a pin beforehand.

Is there any other way to get through to customer service other than the phone numbers (that don't seem to work for me?)

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
