Is there a flowchart for voicemail options and corresponding keypad number?

Having trouble deleting saved message on a phone and how did it become saved

@Pcw35  Hold down the number 1 key on your dial pad and it’ll call your voicemail and you’ll be given options to follow.

When you're listening to a message, option 2 saves the voicemail for 7days, while option 3 deletes it.

Thanks for reply. Number 1 rattles thru very fast but does not give simple delete, replay etc choices there or in other menus options

Thanks but trying to delete a saved message 3 did not work and I believe that 2 did delete it - that was after randomly pressing keys!
