Voicemail undergoing maintenance

I haven't used my voicemail in a long time, but for the last few days everytime I dual my voicemail I am greeted with the message 'voicemail is currently undergoing maintenance and will be available again shortly, good-bye'.

I get the same message when trying to leave a voicemail for my number.

I've switched it off and on again by texting 150, but no change.

Can anyone offer any help here please?
