Voicemail in maintenance

For the last 24 hours my voicemail is under maintenance, how long will this last?

is anyone else getting the same problem?

My voicemail has been in maintenance since Thursday, did you manage to resolve it?

After I called EE and spoke to a level 2 technician they found a fault on my account. Within minutes it was working. 

My problem was solved.

I'm having the same problem with voicemail undergoing maintenance for over a week. I've tried texting VM OFF & VM ON to 150, but still isn't working. Did you manage to fix yours?

People have tried to leave voicemails. They get the prompt message, but the message is not registering on my phone
