Voicemail identification issue

Hi, I recently changed from pay monthly to sim only and when someone tries to leave a message it states , "The person you are calling is unidentifiable". 

I have checked the voicemail number and this appears to be correct. I just wondered if it could be to do with my change in contract? Handset is Samsung S21

Hi @Markm74 

Changing from phone contract to SIM only is only a price plan change, so it shouldn't affect those services.

Have you tried restarting your phone?
