Voicemail Notification

I just received a voicemail, I've listened to it and thought I'd deleted it but the notification is still showing and when I go and listen back it says I have no new messages, so if I haven't deleted it where do I find my saved messages? As I'm not getting that option.

Could I just confirm, have you tried calling yourself to leave a voicemail then delete it? 

If you have and that hasn't worked please could you try texting VM OFF to 150 > switch your phone off then back on > text VM ON to 150.
