Voicemail Messages - Finding Past Messages

On Friday (2/2/24) I received a Voicemail message, so I phoned 22201 to hear it.  I then wanted to hear it again, so I pressed "1" on the keypad (to go into Voicemail), which gave me three pieces of information.

(a) "No New Messages".

(b) Option "2", for "Greetings".

(c) Option "3" for "Voicemail Settings".

However, using Option "3", I was unable to find Past/saved Messages.  So, does anyone know how I can find past/saved messages, or are past messages not saved?  I did think that there should be an Option "1" for saved messages.

My Mobile Phone was "Samsung A41".

You can't! You never saved it when you had the opportunity after listening to it.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Are you saying, that there is an option to save the message, after listening to it, if so, where is it?

BT which is taking over EE saves Voicemail messages, until you delete them.

When you listen to a new voicemail, you are offered an option to save it - it'll then be retained for 7days.

Saved messages are an option alongside new messages under voicemail menu option 1.
