Voice mail not working

My voice mail for the last few days, when checked, is not working.    I have texted to 150   VM ON  upper and lower case, as well as VMON, but nothing is working.  All I get is this message :-   "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later ".   How do I get the voice mail back, which I used to have.?  Thanks  **bleep**

If it is still not letting you activate the voicemail again, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides, so they can look into this further and help to get it working for you.

Hi @KWENDA 

Are you able to call and access your voicemail? 

Some alternative options to try text 150 are: 
VM on  /  VM off

VOICEMAIL DIVERT / VOICEMAIL DIVERT OFF

VOICEMAIL ON / VOICEMAIL OFF

You might also want to try requesting the Voicemail off and once that's confirmed request it back on again. 

If you're still having issues you may need to call Customer Service so a guide can reset your voicemail service for you.

Thanks for the quick reply.

First I tried Voicemail on, but no luck.

Then I tried VOICEMAIL OFF

Which produced :- " Your request to turn off your call divert to voicemail has been successful."

Then I tried VOICEMAIL ON

Which produced the same refusal again :- "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later."..

Just for reference;  Pixel 6  which is up to date with all software and bug updates.

Any help would be appreciated.

Called EE at 150, and a very helpful person sorted this out.

Apparently it was a problem at the back end, or computer system at EE.

Now all working, thanks.
