I have a new phone and new contract, but I can only seem to be able to make calls using mobile data. What’s happened to my regular phone line?

Not sure what you mean, as you have to use data? How were you expecting to make calls, bit confused?

Have you checked your settings?

What phone do you have?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Could mean OP can make calls using WhatsAppy things, but not normally by dialling them.
