VoLTE not working since the switch to esim

I've had a new phone so I decided to switch to esim all was fine untill I noticed I don't have voLTE and now when ever I try to ring someone I doesn't work I've ordered a replacement sim card in hopes that it works but is there anything I can do in the mean time

If your data is working but calls aren't, I would say we need to double check this in closer detail. 

If you've recently upgraded or changed your plan, our team can make sure all the right things are included too.

Do you have signal showing on your eSIM? 
Have you removed the physical SIM out of your device? Sometimes leaving the physical SIM in the device can cause a conflict. 

VoLTE option has been removed from some device firmware's, in that it is permanently switched on with no longer an option to disable it.

Hello there

I've taken the sim card out and I've also got data I've got a s22 ultra and I try to turn VoLTE on it turn on but it doesn't show the symbol and also when it rings it just say you've dial a incorrect number even when I phone 150 so I'm stuck really like I said I ordered a replacement sim card on the ee app hoping that it fixes it but if you can think of anything that will help
