I’ve just renewed my EE mobile sim only plan and visual voicemail has been deactivated . I texted IPHONE VISUAL to 150 but haven’t received a response. The EE app wasn’t any help either. Does it take a day or so to receive a text response regarding VVM. Any advice would help. Thank you.

Welcome to the community.
You have definitely followed the correct step by texting IPHONE VISUAL to 150. Normally you'd get a reply back within a few minutes to confirm it has been added, or even if there had been a problem.
Can you try to text it again this morning?
If there is still no response, can you try HELP to 150 to see if you get a response to that?
