Visual Voicemail Problems

Hello, I seem to be receiving visual voicemail hours, or days later. I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro running ios16. 

I’ve tried:

resetting network settings

rebooting phone

turning visual vm off and on

 

Any ideas?

It could be worth backing everything up on your iPhone and restoring the phone to factory settings.

wiped phone and restored from backup - still happening 🙁

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Care team about this if it's still happening.

 

They will be able to run additional troubleshooting steps and raise a fault ticket if needed.
