@Cindyjj : As yet EE haven't introduced any charges for PAYG users to use their UK allowances in the EU. EE has not yet announced if & when they may start. So you may continue to use your pack allowances in EU as before w/out charge.

Hi @Freddie77

Where are you travelling to?

When did you last upgrade or take out the contract?

Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne thanks for getting back. I first went with EE in November 21 on a sim only contract and I am travelling to France.

Thanks @Freddie77

If you have started a new contract after 7 July 2021, you will pay £2 per day to use your calls, texts and 50GB of your data allowance.

Please see our EU Roaming After Brexit, Help page for more details.

Before you travel please check your My EE account to make sure roaming and call abroad is active, see our EE Roaming - Getting ready to use your phone abroad post, for help on getting set up.

Have a lovely time.

Leanne.

@Freddie77 : As it is part of EU, you may use your usual UK allowances there with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more. As your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or alternatively you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £10 / month.

As you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to check roaming is enabled on your account.
