Urgent help

Hi

I am in the US and my phone stopped working. The data went first and now i can't connect to any network. I can't call EE and all the messages they send won't load. I only have wifi where I am and I can't open the live chat. 

Please help me connect to them over wifi.

Have you tried manually connecting to another network in your phone settings, then restarting your phone?
