Upgraded phone and no service can not call EE

Upgraded my phone yesterday and have no service and no other way of contacting EE, they don’t reply on twitter.

Welcome to the community and thanks for upgrading.

 

Are you using the SIM card that came with the phone, or the one you were originally using?

 

You should be able to continue using the old SIM.
