Getting worse - why is my account closed?

So. When I go to upgrade it take me from the app to a web page and asked me to log in.when I log in it says account Closed in a red box and say for the best deals you have to be an ee customer. I HAVE BEEN WITH EE FOR 22 YEARS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSE...

Payment Error

Hello everyone, does anyone know why I keep getting payment errors? I tried using both my computer and my phone but both failed.I haven't used this number for half a year and now I want to activate it. Is this related to it?

Resolved! Zone 3 roaming Pakistan

HiI used to have roaming in Pakistan 120 min for 20£ to make and receive calls from UK as add on. now couldn't find that add on any more , Just found that one day pass.Is that month add on still available ?Thanks
