I am unable to turn voicemail on and off from my handset.

I went to an EE shop this morning and they were also unable to what the cause of the problem was. After them contacting technical support I was placed in a queue then after 10 minutes the call was cut off much to the embarrassment of the staff that were trying to help solve the problem.

This is not the was technical support/ customer service should work

I have not been able to use voicemail due to this issue since having the phone  about 3 years ago. The only time i need to use it is when i'm on holiday and i can't do it. IF this is not solved before my holiday in a few days I will be leaving EE as the customer service is non existent.

Please give us a call on 150 and as soon as a agent comes available you will be connected.

@Studiomaster1  So you’ve tried texting VM ON to 150 ?  You’ve tried  texting VOICEMAIL DIVERT to 150.    To enable voicemail.    And I assume you’ve held down the number 1  key on your dial pad to call your voicemail and listens to the options given to enable/disable voicemail? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes I have tried this many many times and just get the same message back " Sorry,we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later" 

I have been trying since i got the phone which is over 2 years.
