Hi I have a family pack with you with 5 devices on it and I’m looking to change the one which is number XXXXXXXXXXX to sim only

Firstly, never put any personal details in the forum, that includes a phone number, this is a public forum, not customer service, so you will have to ring customer service to discuss this with them, but you should be able to do this yourself, log in to your account and click on the one that has the number you want to change to a sim only and choose a package. If that is not possible or having difficulty, then ring customer service.

If you are in your upgrade period, you can switch to a SIM only plan online.
