Unwanted emails /apps

Hi 

I’m constantly receiving emails and texts I block them but it makes no difference, these have become every few minutes , also I can’t seem to store anymore apps on my phone .

Where are the emails  and text coming from and what phone are you using?

It will depend how much storage space you have on your phone. Do not forget that if you have music and photos and videos, they take up storage space too.
