OK so ive resently learned that the choice of PACK deals i have PAck£5 Pack£10 And Pack£15 well when im finsihed and ended with my deal im ownly allowed the chose £15 it AI text msgs with 150 number wont let me take a £10 deal, so im forced with PACK15£, while i have with Pack15£ unlimited text and unlimited calls is NOT a good thing and NOT really unlimited calls as it only apilies to 07 or 01 or 02 numbers. so phoneing busness numbers on 08 numbers doesnt not work.

@Daniel2222 , 07 01 02 and 0800 are free to call, but it depends whether you are ringing numbers such as 0845 etc, which cost and are not included in your inclusive numbers.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

01, 02 & 03 numbers are landline numbers, calls to them are inclusive in most packages

080 numbers are free-to-call regardless of package or amount of credit/allowance.

084/087 numbers are "service" ones, have both an access & service-charge element, and you will do very well to find a provider including these in your allowances.

The use of 084/087 numbers has reduced significantly in recent years, there should be very little need to call them these days!

Reputable businesses should not be giving out 084/087 numbers these days. If they don't give you geographic 01 or 02 nos. they should at least be giving non-geographic 03 nos. I fear you are falling foul of Google sponsored searches & not going to the real co. you are after.

@Daniel2222 you do get unlimited calls. You don’t get unlimited calls to premium rate numbers as these are always going to chargeable even if you don’t have unlimited calls.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
