Unable to top up SPEND CAP number this has impacted on my two step verification to my outlook MS teams and work data systems no one can call me either. and cannot call People ... i can only contact people through 'whats app' or messenger.... EE does not answer calls cuts me off from my local sim in philipines . I am going to consider my whole package as the EE are not fit for purpose noting the billions they are making in profits . is there is anyone out there who can help me i would appreciate it or a human i can talk to instead of a BOT. EE are putting my employment at risk.... I have paid £20 as a top up but has not worked either

You've mentioned paying a £20 top-up, which would suggest you're on PAYG. Spend Cap is only applicable for pay-monthly contracts. Which are you?
What is the underlying issue you have? You mention 2FA which suggests an issue with text messages?

@kevingerbs1968 , we have no idea who you are, nor do we have access to your account, so cannot help in that way, but if you have something like Skype, you should be able to ring customer service for free, see my signature.
Are you not able to do the verification via another way?
There is no email to contact EE either so you would have to contact them another way, or are you not able to change the spend cap via your account? I thought that was only for use when in the UK.

Tried ringing both and the usual texts but it rings but do not register my calls and texts to 150 and cut off even with +44 even calling from both Sim cards but calling WIfi is with local sim
i tried to do it with skype yesterday and they ask for a subscription which i wanted to pay but they would not authorise my Payments with diferent cards .my internet and wifi are fine with local provider
thanks for your help anyway i can give my number numbers if you think it would help..
this seems quite a common problems with customers ... EE need to get Paid staff to deal with these issues...and not to rely on forums to answer customer complaint i might have to raise this with OFCOM as well
Best wishes Kevingerbs1968
