Samsung S23 Ultra but uinable to send MMS - Was working the other day.
I have checked the spending cap
Is there a network issue?

Have you tried restarting your device? Do you get any error messages when you try to send one?

Yes to both. Error is: "Network error occurred"

Is your mobile data working OK, @simonjeffs?
Do you get the same error when connected to the mobile internet and WiFi?

Is it only one contact you can't send an MMS to, @simonjeffs?
Which messaging app are you using?
Is the message trying to send via MMS or RCS?

It appears to be to one number which is a virtual number, although the same virtual number is receiving MMS from other networks.
Using the 'default' messages app on a Samsung S23 Ultra and attaching image.

What do you mean by a virtual number, @simonjeffs?
Is it a VoIP number?
Have you tried sending the message with RCS/chat services on and off to see if you get the same result?

It is for an SMS service that also handles MMS within the UK. It receives from other networks fine.
I tried turning off the RCS/Chat on and off but get the same result

Hi @simonjeffs,
If you're able to send MMS to standard mobile numbers successfully, it be a problem that needs to be investigated by the VoIP service provider.
If you get in touch with Technical Support, the team will be able to check for problems at our end.
