For the last couple of days, some people can't call (but they can text me). Some others (all of them in EE) can reach me with no problem. I can call anybody. Tried calling 150 but even they were unable to call me back...
Tried resetting the phone a couple of times, turning wifi calling off and any other option I could find on/off
Any ideas?

Have you ported a number in from another network in the "last couple of days"?
Is there any pattern to the users who can't call you - are they on particular networks, for example?

No, I've been with EE for 8-10 years on the same number. Same device for a year.
Giffgaff or Three users can't call me. And now EE tech support apparently -
(Hi from EE we have tried to co ntact you regarding your call back. shoult you need another call back please text CALL BACK to 150. Thank you.)

Yes, it happens in the every area.
Phone restarted multiple times and after any change I tried to do in the settings of network or phone

Not really sure how to get to someone...?
Whichever option I choose, eventually the system wants to run diagnostics before I get connected to someone, fails to find a problem, asks me if I want a call back (of course!) but then I get a text that they were not able to call me - even though I explained the problem with pre-call text, no improvement. Getting fed up not being able to reach someone from EE....
