USA Roaming Pass not working

I’ve paid for a USA roaming pass. Arrived in

New York and can’t believe the phone is not working. Roaming is on. Phone is showing 4G and all the bars. Tried to manually change networks. When I turn off automatic it’s often just buffering. My husbands phone is working and was set up with the same pass. Arggghhh I’m so frustrated as need the phone for everything.

I had roaming pass and  arriving to the USA it says l dont have roaming pass and l have to buy

What should l do l really need to use my phone when lm out because there is cap on my phone l can't use it.

Are you connected to a US network with a signal? You can add a roaming pass in your My EE account.

Used my husbands phone!

I am having the same problem. When adding the roaming pass, I was not advised to text roam to 150. I have tried the phone number given in your post but it says ‘the line you are trying to contact is restricted or not working’.

The only manual network to choose is T-Mobile and it is not working. The messaging service also says unavailable.
I need to use my phone for directions and am very unhappy.
