UNABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS AND PRESENTLY OUTSIDE THE UK,HELP!!!

Hello!

I am currently outside the uk, and I have been for a while on a job and currently can neither make calls or receive calls on my EE ,I have gone on the site and tried to change things up but its not happening.Kindly help,im stranded.

Have you been able to make and receive calls and texts when you have been abroad, has this recently stopped working? 

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

How long have you been abroad without returning to the UK? 

Have you manually searched for another network in your phone settings to see if you can try another network?

I travelled out of the UK in march and won't be back till August,ive done everything's think its an issue that EE needs to resolve from within. so that im able use my phone.

This actually has to do with my plans think my number has been barred, i can only receive texts and send texts,but I can't make or receive calls, it has to do with the plan im on,ive tried upgrading my plan and also upgrading my spend cap,because my number is barred I can't call EE either ,and there's no web chat to be able to chat with customer service, its rather frustrating at this point.

Could you confirm if you have tried manually connecting to another network? if you have, what happens?

Hello,

I have almost same problem, my number has been totally barred from making or receiving calls,i can't even contact EE so that I can resolve whatever the issues are online,im abroad at the moment and won't be back to the uk till next month, but ive been totally cut of from communication, how can you help me please?
