Trying call my friend but all the calls I make are barred I don’t know why

Hello 

Trying to make a phone this morning it say it’s barred I don’t know what’s happening?

Hi @Kelvin31,

Sorry, if your SIM is in hibernation, you would only be able to contact Customer Care from another phone.
