Hi-I have an unlimited minutes, texts and data plan. I am travelling to the US in July/Aug this year and wanted to know the difference between the "Travel Data Pass" and "Roam Abroad Pass".
With adding either of these add-ons will I be able to use my unlimited data whilst in the US without incurring additional data charges?
Thanks

@backhouser You want the roam further add on its £10 and it will allow you to use your allowance while there.
See HERE
you also want to make sure roaming is enabled on your account before you leave the UK you can do this now by texting ROAMING to 150.

The Travel Data Pass buys you a small amount of data each day when you don't have the Roam Abroad Pass which gives you the whole of your UK allowances while you are in the USA with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more.
Therefore it's a no-brainer to choose the Roam Abroad Pass @ £10/month over the Travel Data Pass @ £5.48/day.
You cannot use your "unlimited" data abroad but are limited to 50GB per billing month.

Are you travelling on business or using a personal device? Just returned from the States and my personal mobile worked fine, but I could not use my work device at all. Both are on EE. Significant amounts of time wasted, and money spent on my personal device as a result (which EE won't refund...). EE has admitted it is having significant issues with roaming in the States as a result of the 5G roll out. I may as well not have taken my work phone. If you are going to need roaming strongly suggest you don't use them and buy a local SIM. Good luck... you may need it...
