Landed in Dubai yesterday. Text travel to 150 but I’ve had no response and have no idea if I have the data package as web is down.

@AngelG74   First of all did you activate roaming charges on your account before you left the UK ?  this is very important as this will allow your device to connect to a roaming network. 
Purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming this is done by just texting ROAMING to 150.  (roaming might already be enabled if you have used this device abroad before)  

The web is down !  how are you posting a message on here if the web is down ?
