Hi,
I switched from contract to PAYG because I have temporarily moved to the US, and wanted to keep my UK number.
I topped up my number as a PAYG, and received a confirmation mail of success.
But the number still appears to be non-operational.
I cannot call from the US because my UK number does not work 😄
Please could anyone advise?
Many thanks.

Did you use that PAYG SIM after it switched for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad or was it switched after you left UK? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
