Put £10 on this account, went to buy discord nitro apple asked for a payment method I put in my phone number and it said “there may be a billing issue with your mobile account. Contact your provider or add a new payment method”

Hello, I’m having the same issue as Dan. I top up my phone whenever I need data. I topped up extra to be able to pay for in game purchases but it shows up with “there may be a billing issue with your mobile account”

It sounds like we may have premium rate services disabled on your account. 

If you reach out to our pay as you go care team on 150 from your EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from another provider, they'll be able to help get this checked out.
