My Samsung phone can receive texts but when I send them to an iphone they say they are sent but the iphone doesnt receive them.
The iphone receives texts from other Android phones. This seems to be an ongoing issue with EE network and it's very annoying

I've used the Samsung messenger app since using Android, as have several relatives.
When I dabbled with the Google equivalent a few years back, it seemed too keen to use proprietary methods for "chat" and other such functions. Never a problem with the Samsung stock app.
Combine that with Apple who will encourage you away from common standards and into the iOS ecosystem at the slightest excuse, and you have a recipe for cross-platform problems.
Is your "messages not being received" a recent problem? Something may have changed if so.

Seems the problem is with EE not the iphone provider. My texts say "cannot send on EE network"
Usual issues with EE. Seems to be problem after problem on this network
Signal checker says strong signal - so maybe that isn't up to date too

@markstev27 Can you send texts to other iPhones or is just this one iPhone that has an issue in receiving your texts ?

That's a very unusual error, normally SMS that don't send just say "Message failed" or something similar.
I don't think this has anything to do with your coverage levels - if it were, you'd have other issues beyond messaging.
Think we need some more clarity on a few bits before being able to advise further, I still suspect a config issue somewhere.
Can you send texts to other iPhones or is just this one iPhone that has an issue in receiving your texts? Is this a recent problem, or how long has it been happening for?
