Hello everyone! 
Does anyone know why I am unable to use my hotspot with another device? Been trying to call the customer services but it seem they ain’t available this morning.

What happens when you try to use your hotspot? Do you get any error codes/messages onscreen? Can the recipient device see the WiFi hotspot? What happens when it tries to connect?
