Why can I not call my partner in thialand on my phone

@Couch200 , she would need to have roaming, call abroad and premium calls enabled for this to work. If on pay as you go, she would need credit to receive calls.

A methodical approach may help here.

1: Can you make outgoing calls to other numbers, is it only calls to your partner's number that are problematic?

2; Does your partner have signal indicators of a local network in Thailand? If not, the issue is likely with their roaming facility. You've been given some great advice on resolving that, in the previous posts.
