How do I contact someone within the UK for help with an addon benefit.
150 leads me in circles with a machine.
The "Chat" option in the EE app, after dealing with a bot, connects me to a call center in India and their level of English is terrible. They do not understand basic concepts around EE services and cannot understand simple questions or even deviate from a script.
In addition to this, I get either passed around or blatantly disconnected and ignored.
So what options are available for support within the UK please?
