Switching to bill pay from abroad.

I am in the USA and wanted to get the Roaming add on, which is only available for Bill Pay customers. I saw that to switch from PAYG to Bill Pay i should text 'Switch' to 150 - however this doesn't seem to work from outside the EU. Is there any way I can switch while I am in the US?

You will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
