Be carefully swapping to a new contract offer if you have existing data sharing to other numbers in the same account. Transferring totally messed up daughters phone data and customer service very unhelpful and seem more focussed on getting more money/further contracts to fix the issue. Probably better speaking to a real person to discuss what you need rather than the ‘simple’ on line options…
