How are you supposed to contact a support agent now there is no live chat? Cant dial 150 if some bright spark has cancelled the service on all our phones even before the replacement sim cards have arrived!! Wont call through wifi either. What is going on with this company now!!!!!

@tpoole Live chat is still available. Why do you need a replacement sim if they are working ? You only need a replacement sim if you have a faulty sim.
