Single user fault error

Hi I currently can’t have the Barr lifted off my phone due to a single user fault I’m now on my 5th day and this is extremely important I get this back on I’ve spent endless time on the phone with different agents putting forms through to a ‘back office’ which they tell me is a team that can’t be contacted. Has anyone else had this issue and have any other info on how this can be sorted as it’s making me ill now the stress of it all 😫

I have the same issue currently I’m on my 5th day, how long did it eventually take to be sorted?

I'm sorry to hear there has been a problem removing the bar from your account.

When a single user fault is raised, it's sent to an offline support team who'll look to find the cause of the issue and resolve it.

The length of time it takes to resolve will vary depending on the complexity of the issue - unfortunately there isn't anything you can do yourself to speed up the process.

Our Technical Support Team will get back to you as soon as it is fixed.
