A very kind and helpful young man called Lucky helped my mum at the Centrale branch in Croydon a few weeks ago, and I would just like to say thank you. I wasn’t able to go with her as usual to resolve her issue, and she says he went above and beyond to look after her.
In a world where people increasingly forget to show compassion to one another, I was so happy to hear that he looked after her as though she were his own mother.
