Sim is roaming but unable to get texts

I have been using EE sim since 2022 . I'm in Pakistan It was working fine to get texts now sim is roaming but unable to receive texts.I have topped up 5£ but am unable to get texts.
Please help/suggest.

Are you able to make and receive calls? Could you try manually connecting to a different available network?

I am in Pakistan.

It was roaming perfectly even i have received message welcome to pakistan by ee on 9 Aug.

And i have checked on 19 aug EE deducted balance then my balance was zero now i have top up amount but sim is roaming but unable to receive texts.

Plese help my busniess is attached with this sim.

And current credit is £5.

I'm not sure why it isn't working. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into this further.
