Signal issue

Hello, I have an eve account which I’ve had for a number of years, I also had an e-sun with Optus as I live in Australia for this year.  My EE account seems to have no signal so I’m unable to use it or its date or even call the U.K. on my plan.

Is your EE account on PAYG or pay-monthly-contract?

If the former, then it may have gone into hibernation for non-use.

EE roaming is intended for short-term trips and not semi/permanent residents of foreign countries.
