I’m in Spain on holiday and after 3 days both mine and my partner’s phone have lost signal saying no service. Roaming is enable, activated on phone and EE account and spending cap if sufficient for both accounts. I’ve tried using manual and automatic Network Selection but both give no signal. Also have tried turing phone on/off, leaving it on aeroplane mode but it still doesn’t connect to any service. I cannot text or call 150 because I have no service and Wifi calling doesn’t work either. Any suggestions?

Got through to CS using Skype and got the issue resolved thank you!
Problem with the eSims if anyone has a similar issue in the future. Will need to contact tech support to have it resolved.

Welcome to the community,
You can always ring customer service using something like Skype for free, see my signature.
Are you sure you have roaming activated on your account, as this would be why you have no signal?
Did you receive the welcome message from EE when you arrived there?
Not sure why you cannot connect to any network if you have roaming activated on your account and it worked for 3 days, this does not make sense at all. You seemed to have tried everything, not had this problem when going abroad, myself.
