Hi my bill date is 21/11/2022. Because i have spent some money for additional extras my services has been restricted... i need my phone for everyday work! When it comes to my bill date I will obviously pay what i have to pay. I dont understand why i cannot make a phone calls, txt or use data. Why ? I need to use my phone as nornal... what can I do in this case please?

I'd recommend calling our Customer Care team about this.
They'll be able to check your account to see if you have a credit limit or a spend cap.
